Privacy notice

This notice covers pulsete.com — this website and its contact form. It does not cover the TenderEdge application: data a client holds in TenderEdge is governed by that client's agreement with PULSE and stays in the client's own environment.

    Who we are

    pulsete.com is operated by PULSE, the company that makes TenderEdge. For anything about your personal data, write to hello@pulsete.com.

    What we collect

    Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company and role, and — if you add them — your portfolio size and a message. We also record the topic you chose and the language of the page. We do not ask for national ID numbers or financial details, and we ask you not to send them.

    What we do not collect

    This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If you switch to dark mode, that choice is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service.

    Why we use it

    To answer your enquiry: to arrange a demonstration, to send the walkthrough document you asked for, or to set up a security or deployment conversation. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your details.

    Who handles it for us

    Web3Forms delivers the form to our inbox, Microsoft Azure hosts this website, and our email provider stores the messages we exchange with you. Each acts only on our instructions. These services may process data outside Saudi Arabia. This applies to this website only: TenderEdge client environments run in the client's own jurisdiction.

    How long we keep it

    For as long as our conversation is active, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you — unless you become a client, in which case the client agreement applies.

    Your rights

    Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to hello@pulsete.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

    If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
