TenderEdge began inside the contract and tender function of a Gulf oil and gas operator, shaped by the people who run that work every day. Its central idea came from their daily reality: a contract and the tender meant to replace it were held in different places, joined only by someone's memory.
It became a product when it was clear that the problem was not one operator's. Every department that manages long contracts and slow tenders faces the same question — will the replacement arrive before the contract runs out — and no spreadsheet can answer it.
